When Will 'Thor: Love and Thunder' be Available on Disney+?

Thor: Love and Thunder brought us the highly-anticipated return of the 'strongest Avenger.' Taika Waititi's second film about the God of Thunder not only sees the return of Chris Hemsworth as Thor Odinson but also the inclusion of several new (and semi-new) characters such as Christian Bale as Gorr the God Butcher and Natalie Portman as the Mighty Thor aka Thor's ex-girlfriend Jane Foster. Considering that Thor: Love and Thunder is part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), it will have a good run in the theater. However, almost every other film in this long-running franchise is available to stream on Disney+ (The Incredible Hulk and the Spider-Man trilogy are currently unavailable on Disney+), so some fans may forego a trip to the movie theater and instead watch it from the comfort of their own home. So, here's when you can stream Thor: Love and Thunder. Keep in mind these dates are estimates and not definitive. When is Thor: Love and Thunder Streaming on Disney...

Chad Stahelski Talks Producing 'Day Shift’ and Why He Loves Jamie Foxx’s Fight with the Elderly Vampire

While you know Chad Stahelski’s name as the director of the John Wick movies, he just added a new title to his IMDb resume: producer. He got this for his work on director J.J. Perry’s vampire action movie, Day Shift, which is now streaming on Netflix. In the movie, Jamie Foxx plays a hard-working dad that works as a pool cleaner. But what his family doesn’t know is the pool cleaning job is a front for his real source of income—hunting and killing vampires. Dave Franco plays an employee at the vampire hunter union, which pays hunters for killing vampires and selling their fangs. When the two are teamed up against their wishes, they must make the best of a bad situation, which leads to a lot of funny moments where each actor gets to shine. Shortly after seeing the movie I got to speak with Stahelski. During the interview, he talked about how he got involved in the project, why he loved the opening fight scene between Foxx and the elderly vampire, how they pulled off the awesome sequ...

Peter Jackson's 'The Lord of the Rings' Review: A Fantasy Epic Without Compare

“My friends, you bow to no one.” One of the final and most memorable lines from The Lord of the Rings trilogy is given to the heroes of the fantasy adventure films as a small recognition of the great sacrifices they have made. However, it could just as well be referring to the works themselves in how they tower above all else that came before and anything else that has come since. Peter Jackson’s three films, The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers, and The Return of the King, remain a titanic achievement in cinematic storytelling. In setting out to adapt J.R.R. Tolkien’s novels, widely considered to be a foundational work that helped to shape the modern fantasy genre, the filmmaker had his work more than cut out for him. So much could have gone wrong as the source material was gargantuan in scope and multilayered in theme. It remains a rich text whose aspirations and ideas ought never to be sanded down in the process of adaptation. Not only was the heart of the story captured ...

Stephen Lang-Led Horror Movie 'Old Man' Sets Fall Release Date

A patchwork of artists with their hands in horror have come together on a film titled Old Man. This brand-new horror thriller, starring Don't Breathe's Stephen Lang, has been acquired by AMC's RLJE Films, and is set to premiere in October, just in time for Halloween. From Tim Burton's return to his classic aesthetics in Netflix's upcoming series Wednesday, to Laurie Strode's (Jamie Lee Curtis) final stand in Halloween Ends, horror fans are feasting well in 2022. Now, RLJE Films is bringing back a genre favorite, Lang, who portrayed the misguided blind veteran in 2016's Don't Breathe. Lang is tapped to portray the titular "old man" in Lucky McKee's (May) return to the director's chair, Old Man. The movie is said to follow a hiker who finds himself off the beaten path. Lost, the hiker stumbles onto the isolated property of an erratic old man. When the two strike up a conversation the man reveals a terrifying secret, and the hiker finds h...

John Stamos on Voicing Iron Man in 'Marvel's Spidey and His Amazing Friends,' 'Big Shot' Season 2, and More

From executive producer Harrison Wilcox and director Chris Moreno (based on the characters created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko), the children's animated series Marvel's Spidey and His Amazing Friends is gearing up to premiere its second season on Disney Junior. The show features some of our favorite webslinging heroes — Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Benjamin Valic), of course, as well as Miles Morales/Spin (Jakari Fraser), Gwen Stacy/Ghost-Spider (Lily Sanfelippo), Peter's Aunt May (Melanie Minichino), Miles' parents Rio and Jeff Morales (Gabrielle Ruiz and Eugene Byrd), and Gwen's mom Helen Stacy (Kari Wahlgren). Many of Spidey's allies have already popped up on the series, from Ms. Marvel (Sandra Saad) to Black Panther (Tru Valentino) and even the Hulk (Armen Taylor) — but Season 2 sees the debut of none other than Iron Man himself, Tony Stark, voiced by John Stamos. Ahead of the premiere of Marvel's Spidey and his Amazing Friends Season 2, Collider had the op...
